What are Anchorands and how do I use them?

Anchorands are our virtual currency. You can buy them with real money (ZAR) and then spend them to purchase access to books, videos, or sales channel memberships. Anchorands never expire. To buy, go to Buy Anchorands in your dashboard.

How do I access a book or video I've purchased?

Purchased content appears in your Library. Click on the book or video card to start reading or watching. If you bought a bundle, all included videos will be unlocked as well.

What is a sales channel? How do I join one?

Sales channels are private groups for real‑estate agencies, car dealers, or other teams. You receive an invitation link from a channel manager. Click the link, register, and you'll be automatically added. You can also purchase channel membership directly from the Sales Channels Library.

How do anchors work? What do I do with them?

Anchors are interactive prompts that appear while reading a book chapter or at specific timestamps in a video. They ask you to reflect, set a goal, or track a habit. You can save responses, mark them as completed, and review your progress over time in the Daily Anchors page.

Can I cancel my subscription? Will I get a refund?

Yes – you can cancel any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are not provided. Anchorands purchases are non‑refundable.

How do I invite team members to my sales channel?

If you are a manager of a sales channel, go to the channel’s page and click the "Members & Invitations" tab. Enter an email address or phone number, choose a role (member/manager), and send the invitation. The user will receive a link to register.

I forgot my password – what do I do?

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Use that link to create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings and scroll to the "Danger Zone". Check the confirmation box, enter your password, and click "Permanently Delete Account". This action cannot be undone.
